Returns

We’re all about delivering that spotless experience — but if your TABBSZ order doesn’t hit the mark, no stress. We offer free returns for all domestic (USA) orders within 100 days from the day your order ships.

Once we issue your return label, you’ll have 15 days to ship it back. To qualify, please make sure the product and all its components are returned in original condition.

When your return arrives at our facility, we’ll inspect it and shoot you a confirmation email. Approved refunds automatically go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a swap? We don’t do direct exchanges, but here’s the plug:
When starting a return, choose Store Credit instead of a refund. You’ll instantly get a gift card code you can use across the site — super quick, super seamless.

Replacements

Our pumps and nozzles work hard — and sometimes, they get tired. If your Hand Soap Pump or Cleaning Spray Nozzle stops performing within 100 days of purchase, we’ve got you.

International Orders

Right now, returns, exchanges, and replacements are only available for U.S. orders.
